We Provide services to SW Washington and Northwest Oregon. Our Washington Service area includes Cowlitz, Lewis, Thurston, Wahkiakum and Pacific counties. Our Oregon service area includes northern Columbia and Clatsop counties, including communities along Highways 30 and 101 from St. Helens to Cannon Beach.
Additional travel fees may apply for all appointments that are more than ~30 minutes from Castle Rock, WA or Ocean Park, WA, depending on the location and which doctor will be providing services.
